You track compliance across 100+ organizations. You shouldn't do it in spreadsheets.
CapitalBridge gives portfolio managers one dashboard for compliance tracking, covenant and threshold monitoring, and external submissions across every portfolio. Your reporting entities get their own portal. Your spreadsheets retire. Live in 4 weeks.
Your inbox, every quarter
Sound familiar?
Tracking compliance in spreadsheets
Multiple Excel files per portfolio, version conflicts, no single source of truth. One wrong formula and your compliance view is broken.
Chasing counterparties by email
Endless follow-up threads. No visibility into who has seen what. Counterparties confused about what to submit and when.
Discovering covenant breaches too late
Manual checks mean you only catch breaches after they happen. No early warning, no headroom monitoring, no dashboard view.
Hours spent aggregating data
Every reporting period is a fire drill. Copy-pasting between files, reformatting currencies, reconciling submissions.
No audit trail
When auditors ask "who approved this, and when?", the answer is a folder of email threads. Not a timestamped log.
Counterparties manually re-entering data
Numbers already live in their ERP. But they export to Excel, reformat, and email it to you. Every. Single. Quarter.
"Every quarter, your team rebuilds the same spreadsheet, chases the same emails, and hopes nothing slipped through. That is not a process. That is a risk."
The cost of doing nothing
Every quarter you manage compliance manually is time, money, and risk you never recover.
The Manual Trap
Bridge
Automated Oversight
You are already paying for CapitalBridge. You are just not getting it.
You set the rules. Compliance runs itself.
Define what each counterparty must submit and when. The system generates deadlines, collects submissions, and flags problems before they escalate.
Set the rules once. Every counterparty inherits them.
Assign reporting requirements and financial forms at the portfolio level. Override at the sector or counterparty level when exceptions apply. The most specific rule wins. New counterparties inherit their category's rules automatically. The system generates pending submissions 90 days ahead with calculated due dates. No manual scheduling.
Counterparties handle their own compliance.
Each counterparty logs into a dedicated portal. They see upcoming deadlines, upload documents, enter financial data through structured forms, or import from Excel. When they submit, your team gets an email with a direct link to review. No more chasing. No more "which version did they send?"
Every counterparty. Every requirement. Every period. One grid.
The tracker matrix maps your entire portfolio against all active requirements across every reporting period. Color-coded by status. Click any cell to review, approve, reject, or request rework. A calendar view shows the month's deadlines across all counterparties.

Catch covenant breaches before they happen.
Set thresholds on any financial metric: DSCR, LTV, debt-to-equity, interest coverage. The system flags counterparties entering the headroom zone before they actually breach. Compare performance across counterparties side by side. Track financial trends across reporting periods. All values auto-converted to USD with daily FX rates covering all 156 supported currencies.
Every deadline, one calendar.
See what is due this week, this month, this quarter. Color-coded by status and filterable by portfolio. Deadlines are auto-generated from your assignment rules. Click any event to review, approve, or escalate.
"Your counterparties already have the data. Your team already knows the rules. The only thing missing is the system that connects them."

How long does implementation take?
2-4 weeks from kickoff to live submissions. Week 1 is configuration (portfolio structure, categories, requirements). Week 2 is data setup (counterparty import, assignment rules, thresholds). Week 3 is integration (Excel/CSV ingestion, document storage, email notifications). Week 4 is go-live (training, onboarding, first submissions). Compare this to 6-18 months for enterprise alternatives.
What reporting requirements are supported?
Standard templates covering financial statements, compliance certificates, ESG and impact reports, portfolio quality metrics, operational reports, and insurance documentation. Industry-specific templates are included for verticals like development finance, private equity, and commercial lending. Custom types can be added during configuration.
How does the cascading assignment system work?
Assignments are resolved by specificity: Portfolio (scope 0) > Category (scope 1) > SubCategory (scope 2) > Counterparty (scope 3). The most specific scope wins. Set a reporting requirement at the Portfolio level and it applies to all counterparties in that portfolio. Override it at the Counterparty level to customize or exclude. New counterparties automatically inherit the rules from their category. No manual assignment needed.
Can counterparties submit data through the platform?
Yes. Counterparties get their own portal where they can upload documents (PDFs, financial statements) and enter structured financial data through form templates with built-in formulas and validation. They can also import from Excel. Their portal shows a compliance gauge, upcoming deadlines, and submission history.
What currencies are supported?
All currencies. Daily spot and forward rate synchronization from DLM API. Values are auto-converted to USD for portfolio-level reporting. Currencies currently in use include USD, EUR, GBP, ZAR, KES, NGN, CFA (XOF/XAF), MGA, IDR, and more.
How do counterparties submit data?
Three ways: (1) Upload documents directly through the counterparty portal (PDFs, financial statements, certificates). (2) Enter structured financial data through form templates with built-in formulas and validation. (3) Import from Excel or CSV files, which the system auto-parses and validates. All submissions are versioned and audit-logged.
How is our data protected?
CapitalBridge is built on Azure with enterprise-grade security practices. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (Azure platform encryption). Documents are stored in private Azure Blob containers with time-limited access tokens. Every action is audit-logged with full field-level change tracking: who changed what, when, and what the previous value was. Data is strictly isolated per organization with database-level access controls.
Who can access our data?
Access is controlled through role-based permissions. Administrators manage users and configuration. Portfolio managers view and review submissions. Analysts have read-only access. Counterparties see only their own data, deadlines, and submissions. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is available via authenticator app, SMS, or email. All access is logged and auditable.
